post study work permit dependent urgent...!!! help me pls

hi,
i am on psw want to call my wife here but my visa expires in august 2014. can i call her.
after getting my visa in 2012 i went back to home country and came now after 14 months how much do i have to show in my bank for that to call my wife as a dependent.
1. 6 months visa left.
2. how much i need to show for min how many months.

please explain its urgent. help me if u can please tell me.
