Hi, I have completed my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 years - Regular) in 2005. After that started working in industry.
From 2009 to 2012 I completed my 3 years (Distance learning) Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering in India (UGC recognized university govt added).

From June 2012- June 2013 I visited UK on Tier 2 ICT short term staff visa.

However, I will be applying for Tier 2 general in June 2014.

It would be a great help if you can let me know if English language requirement is exempted in my case? Or do I need to give IELTS or any English test to support my Tier 2 visa application?

I will be also applying the Dependent visa at the same time.
