Divorce and retention of rights

Good day everyone, please i am having a serious issue with my eea wife, we got married 2011 and have been living together in Romania until August 2012 we planed to come to UK, i applied for eea family parmit to enter UK and after some weeks the embassy turned my visa application down, for the fact she got job here waiting for for we both agreed that she have to come first while i stay back to hear from the court since we contested it in the court, then she came here and we start up again another visa application while waiting for court order, then the second application was answered then we told the court that my visa have been approved and then i planed my self to join her here in November 2012, since then we have been living together, after couple of months i got my residency for 5yr, then she started changing what ever i do is wrong to her, she start accusing me that i cheat on her while we lived in romania saying she got proves, just like that on and on, until she ask me to leave the house that we cant live together anymore, i asked her whats she want to do with me, she said she will not divoice me cos she know my right will be gone, after some weeks i found out she have been cheating bring a guy to the house while i am out for work at night,i also saw her phone stored her bf as MYJOY, regarding to this i am scared for what she might do in the case that if she found her joy now what would happen to me? please help me with this as i can no longer concentrate with this, her bf might want to use her to get right to stay here and maybe she will come up with divorce. and our marriage just completed 3yrs,.

As you said already married for 3 years you have nothing to worry

If she is working in the UK you can start divorce proceeding now but make sure on the date of divorce finalised ( that is after 4+ months ) she is exercising treaty right in the UK

thank you so much Askmeplz82, what kind of documents can i get from her now for pr? before she make her final decision with her new bf? i am not sure i can reach her in future as it is hard for her to pick up my calls this few days, please any info will help me now and in future, thank u so much friends.
