Hi my friend’s appeal hearing date was 13/01/14 and appeal allowed date is 07/02/14 he received letter today. He is still working with a security company. His question is,
1- After appeal allowed he continue his job or not because he did not receive his biometric cards yet. Please advise him because he does not create problem for his future.

I think he can continue coz until & unless he doesn't get his BRP till then he immigration status is as his previous stay.
Appeal being allowed doesn't say that you have got ur visa. But as soon as he receives his BRP he will have to quit.
This is my assumption as per my understanding, but I would suggest to take expert advice.

According to LAW as soon as Appeal is allowed your friend is on entrepreneur visa now. But if look practically he can still work until he get his BRP. So i would suggest him to just continue his job and the day he receive his BRP just resign from the job or register as self employed and provide services to existing clients.

@ PAK, your friend can continue his work until he get his tier1 entrepreneur visa issued. Mind you there are lot of applicants who are awaiting there BRP for over 3months or even m8re after winning appeal, so if he hasnt got much to do in his own business he can continue the job he is doing till HO respond.
