Dear gurus,

actually i was waiting for my diploma result which was delay from CMI department so college issue us CAS letter for 3 month extension but i got condition CAS letter because my IELTS was expried and i have not realize so i consult with consultant and he advice me to send application on time to avoid any over stay and on the mean time i can do PTE academic test now the problem is i did PTE english test twice which is really tough and i am unable to get require score and its already passed 3 month yesterday i received letter for bio-metrics and still i dont get my PTE required score if i do bio-metrics in present situation definitely they will refuse me, my consultant advice me to withdraw application and go back to home country and apply from there with fresh IELTS result which is comparatively easy to achieve required band

My question is if i withdraw application without doing bio-metrics and return back to home country and apply again for tier4 student visa with NEW CAS and every thing will my present situation effect my future application i mean i am asking about over stay am i overstay if i withdraw and go back within 28 days time ?

Biometric letters have 3 warnings. If you miss all three of them, your application will be returned back to you.

IELTS can be given inside the UK. Rather than giving PTE again and again, you should have given IELTS (results come in 2 weeks only)

Now, even if you go back, withdrawing your application will not have a negative effect on your application. If you get refused, then it will.

Brother ... in this situation please dont do your biometric....then home office will send you another biometric letter so in this way you gain almost two months time....during this time....do IELTS...hopefully you will get good in IELTS...
