Please let me know why eligible ILR Date

Hi,

I am on ICT visa and below are my visa history details. Can someone advise when is my first ILR eligible date.

Initial Cos(Tier 2 -ICT) ==> Visa start date(09-Jun-2009), Cos start date :- 26-May-2009 and UK arrival date:- 14-JUN-2009
Latest Cos extension expiry date==> Visa valid end date(10-Jun-2014) and Cos date:- 27-May-2014.

As per rule guide ICT associates can apply 28 days before completing 5 years.

What date i have to consider to calculate 5 years? Visa start date(09-Jun-2009) (OR) Cos start date :- 26-May-2009 (OR) UK arrival date:- 14-JUN-2009.

Please let me know exact date of eligibility?

apply any time between 28 days before 14 June 2014 and the work end date in the CoS (27 May 2014)

Hi Manci,

Can you please confirm can't we consider Visa start date 09-June-2009 and apply 28 days before from 09-Jun-2014?
