Please could someone advise on below?
Friend of mine's situation:
Entry cearance: Tier 2 ICT: Established staff (applied 03/2011, granted in 04/2011 for 2 yrs)
Leave to remain: Tier 2 ICT: longterm staff (valid till 05/2015)
She claims that based on rules her time on those visas is NOT eligible for Settlement.
1. Can she switch over to Tier 2 General with same Employer in a different role OR with different sponsor (In-Country)?
2. Is there any way that she can get her so far stay to be counted towards Settlement?
3. Does she have any cooling off period? If she apply for Tier 2 G now, does cooling off period regardless?
