Hi....i plan to marry my fiance in October..he was removed from the u.k back to Afghanistan last year..however is now living in Pakistan as most his family is there..i wanted to know would the fact that hes now living in Pakistan make any problems for us when making a spouse visa application. Also there is no British consulate in Afghanistan.

If he's residing legally in Pakistan it shouldn't cause any problems.

Because he has a afghan passport...would he need to make a Pakistani passport or does that not matter.

..we don't have much proof of this other than phone records...which was not in his name obviously. But since in Pakistan i have kept bills and emails..??

All Afghan Citizens living in Pakistan or Afghanistan can apply in any UK consulate in Pakistan

Be honest and open - if you lie and are caught in the lie in someway - that can have very bad repercussions for any future applications.

Yes very true..as they will know when they take hs fingerprints...i think the fact he left without appealing bail and after 3mnths in detention should work in our favour..
