Tier 1 General - PEO Merging Appointments with Family

Hi,

I have tried to search the forum but couldn't find the answer for my case. I have already booked an appointment for PEO on 7th March, 2014. Now I want to book my spouse and daughter's appointment with me. They don't have any booking already. Can I reschedule my appointment and book them as well in rescheduling? I need to pay their fees but will they deduct my £100 fees? I want to reschedule in same category which is before 5 working days. My main purpose of rescheduling is to get my family case with me.

I would appreciate if someone have the experience of rescheduling PEO appointment before.

Hi All,

Followup on my own post I sent email enquiring same thing and got the following response

Dear Madam,

If you want an appointment for yourself and dependants, you have to cancel BRN 4-2-1757682 and book a new appointment.

If you cancel your appointment less than 5 working days before the appointment date, we will retain £100. However, if you cancel BRN 4-2-1757682, today, there will be full refund.

As you manage your own account, you have to cancel your appointment yourself.

which means we can merge pre-booked appointment.
