Tier2 Dependent ( Out of country App)

Hi Team and All,

Need some advise on Out of country Tier2 dependent application. I was filling up the application where it had Medical support questionnaire asking below - My Partner had to visit NHS for a treatment but it was also referred to further support should I be mentioning entire history ? please advise. Also I have read about English Language requirement for partners on site but it is not mentioned anywhere in the application. Is that usual or ?

there is no English language requirement for PBS dependants (but there is for partners of settled persons).

The visa application form for PBS dependants is VAF10. Part of this form is a declaration which states:
"I am aware that I may be billed for any medical treatment undertaken in the UK and that I do not have recourse to public funds during my stay in the UK."
what medical support questionnaire are you referring to?
