ILR Application Query - 6.1 Query

Hi All,

I am new to this forum. Please excuse me if anything wrong from me.
My UK Entry details as follows:-
First = 04-Nov-2007 to 05-Jul-2008 (Work Permit)
Second = 30-Nov-2008 to 08-Jan-2009 (Business Visit. but still on work permit)
Third = 25-May-2009 to Till date (Work Permit + Tier-1 + Tier-1)

I am planning to go for my ILR on 2-April-2014 (before new fees applies as aplication is for 1main + 2dependants)
So, my 5 year stay calculation will be like this
Year-5 = 2-Apr-2014 to 2-Apr-2013
Year-4 = 2-Apr-2013 to 2-Apr-2012
Year-3 = 2-Apr-2012 to 2-Apr-2011
Year-2 = 2-Apr-2011 to 2-Apr-2010
Year-1 = 2-Apr-2010 to 2-Apr-2009

Here comes my query,
1. I am not in UK on 2-Apr-2009 and there is 53 days gap before my first entry to UK for 5-year claim period.
will that be OK? (I already having valid work permit for these 53 days period.)

In SET(O) Application (for below point) i need to give as 25-May-2009. Please confirm me.

6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning
of the period of stay on which this application is based.

2. Do i need to give any letter of absence from my employer for these 53 days?

3. Do you suggest me to wait till 25-May-2014 and apply or apply 28days before that(30-Apr-2014). In both cases my visa fees gets increased by around 1000 pounds.

4. This is different question, i have another dependant who born in UK and currently on Tier-1 dependant visa valid till Jan-2016. Do you want me to include for ILR? or get citizenship, once i get my ILR?

Please suggest me.

when i came for the first time my company sponsored 2 years work permit (01-10-2007 to 01-10-2009). I am with same company when i came to UK on 25-May-2009.

Also, do we have any email id for UKBA to ask this query? or is there any contact number to call them?
