Meeting financial requirement for FLR(M)

Post by julian1972 » Sun Feb 23, 2014 3:10 am

I will be submitting a FLR(M) application in May 2014. I will be using Category A (non-salaried-employment) for the financial requirement. I have been working for an Agency (NHS Professionals Ltd) since September 2013. Within the preceding six months(26 weeks) before my application is submitted, I will not be working for 3 weeks due to a planned family holiday but I would still have earned over £11,000 within that six months. This means instead of submitting 26 payslips (I am paid weekly), I will now be submitting 23 payslips. Is it necessary that I must work the entire 26 weeks even though my wages for the six months would still be over the £9,300 (annual average).
