Help Needed from Manci (Tier2 Sponsorship Licence Document)

Hi Members,

Many Many thanks to all of you for your contribution of this great forum. I really thankful to all of you i got all my tier2 process information from this forum. Manci is the best for this business. Welldone Manci !

Well, My scenario is the same like other but my employer are pure ENGLISH and they don't hired any IMMIGRANT before and my company's hr don't have any idea how to deal with this process. So, i took the initiative and now working on to prepare a SPONSORSHIP LICENCE Application. I have already got the 4 documents and i am confused that who is the best person to CERTIFY these documents these documents are all finance documents and my Colleagues suggested me that the Finance Director is the best person to certify all documents including company registration certificate.

Manci could you please suggest the finance director is able to certify all these documents or not ? She has a 15 years of experience and well qualified.
Please let me know ASAP !!
or any one who want to share his/her experience about this specific case ?

A certified copy is one that includes a signed statement, either by the issuing authority or by a practicing barrister, solicitor or notary. The certifier must confirm that it is an accurate copy of the original document. Please note that for certified copies, each page of a document submitted must be certified, clearly detailing the certifier’s name, signature and the organisation he/she represents. Sometimes, when a document has more than one page, the certifier does not want to certify every page. We will accept the document if the pages are all attached together (such as stapling) and the top page is certified as described. The certification must also clearly state how many pages have been certified.
If a certifier’s details cannot be verified, the document will be rejected.
