Tier 2 Priority Service for PSW dependents

Hi, I am in UK on PSW dependent Visa. Now that I got a sponsor, I am planning to apply for Tier 2 General Visa. As per visa regulations I need to apply for entry clearance from Home country. I heard about 'Tier 2 Priority Service'. Can you please let me know whether I am eligible for applying tier 2 using this service from inside UK?

the priority service is only for T2 in-country leave to remain applications. You have to apply for entry clearance from your home country - you cannot use the priority service
