I allow the appeal of the appellant because the decision was not accordance the law and accordingly the decision remains outstanding for the respondent to determine. No anonymity direction is made

That means the case is to be sent back to the Case Worker to be decided in accordance with the law.
It also means for example if it was refused or lack of Current Appointments Report, they will ask you to provide that and then take a new decision according to the law.
I could explain more i i know the reasons of the refusal, how they would look at it.
