Docs for Family Visitor Visa(India) for Self-Employed/Direc

I am planning to invite my mother to UK using the Family Visitior Visa as myself and my spouse are permanently settled in UK.
Since I need to show income for the past 6 months, I am a bit confused with the documents to be submitted.
I have my private Limited company through which I have been withdrawing Dividends as my personal income since the past 6 months and since Feb 2014 have joined a full-time job. I plan to apply for the visa from India in April.
Please advice on the Income documents to be submitted from my side, as I am sponsoring the expences for the period of 6 months.

Please advice at the earliest.

If she needs your financial help to support her trip, the UKBA will want to see that you can easily afford her presence in addition to paying for your own needs. Whether or not you work and in what capacity is not relevant; it's all about your personal historical cashflow. You need to provide you personal bank statements for the past six months.

But still docs need to be furnished to show the income to personal account, if I am not wrong. For an employed person it is the pay-slips for 6 months, what kind of docs would be required as a Director of a business withdrawing Dividends(as income). Also an employee reference letter cannot be submitted. Again Dividend income is not a constant amount paid each month, so will this be an issue.

You will need to show the Dividend Vouchers issued when you drew the dividend and possibly the Minutes for the Shareholders Meeting from when the dividend was declared.
