PBS Dependent Query

Hi All

I am currently on Tier General visa(stamped in Dec-12). My wife is on PBS dependent visa(stamped in Sept-13).
1. Now if I change my sponsor, does my wife also need to apply for a new PBS dependent visa?
2. Do we need to maintain any funds while applying with in UK like the way we did it while applying first time from India?
3. Whats the suggested procedure?
4. Any UKBA document detaining the process would be really helpful
