Do we need FLR while applying Tier 2 Dependent

Hello,

Please members your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently in Tier 1 (PSW). I am planning to apply for my Tier 2 (General) next week. My wife is in Tier 1 (PSW) as well and my baby was born in UK (2012).

I clearly understand, I have to fill up two separate dependents forms for them.

But i m confused Do i have to enclose a FLR(O) for my baby along with the Visa application as he is born in UK?

Children born while you’re in the UK

If you have children while you’re in the UK, you can apply for permission for them to stay.
You must do this if you want to travel in and out of the UK with your child.
Complete the application form [FLR(O)] and send a full UK birth certificate showing the names of both of your child’s parents.

I'm sorry if i'm asking same question which was asked before by other people. I couldn't get proper understanding.

you only have to apply for your baby if s/he is planning to travel.

Hi I can understand that he needs a visa for travelling outside uk.
But I am asking do I have to include FLR(O) for the Tier 2 dependent application form??
