Many congratulation! That was quick, wasn't.

Hope you wouldn't mind to help with a few questions:

1. Was your initial application as director or SE if so did you pay all tax on that and provide any documents related to that with you extention application?
2. What tax related documentation did you provide with you ext appl as evidence of your earnings?
