I would need your advice on question 3.5 on the AN form?
I am currently employed by a multinational company in London but previously I had registered with HMRC to be self employed which never happened so left it at that.
I was meant to send in my self assessment by 31st January but forgot and ended up getting a fine for £100 for late filling which I will pay off next week.
My question is that in question 3.5 do i put my employee tax office reference down or do i need to put the hmrc reference down which i no longer am?
Would it be a problem if I dont add my HMRC tax reference?
