Hello everyone,
Am a Italian citizen and am planning to relocate to UK with my non eea citizen daughter
Please can you let me know if i can exercise my treaty rights with voluntary employment so i can apply for eea1 for my self and eea2 for my daughter?
Would voluntary jobs be seen as exercising treaty rights?

EEA1 is optional which can save your £55. Moreover, in order to be counted as employment it must be an effective and genuine activity for remuneration. Remember, you will be free to exercise your treaty rights during your initial 3 months.
