Applying for ILR in March, but wife is on PBS?

Hi All,

I would be completing 5 years on Tier 1 visa on 05 March 2014 and applying for ILR through PEO appointment.

But my wife entered UK on 05 October 2012 with Tier 1 Dependant (PBS) valid till 08 May 2014. she needs to be in UK for 5 years to apply for settlement, my question is What type visa she should be applying for and which form to fill? and can we both go together for PEO appointment?

sorry to ask again, she needs another 3 years 6 months to be eligible for ILR. So if go for PBS dependant then later after 3 years I need go a Tier 1 dependant again?

But online PEO appointment booking system does not allow me book ILR for me and PBS dependant for my wife in the same appointment. please help on this?
