!!! Be aware that TNT can take A LOT of time to deliver your passport.
It took exactly 10 days for my passport to be delivered, even though the parcel had arrived at ‘Delivery Station’ 2 days after Passport was printed. I tried to contact TNT on several occasions (apparently there is a special team dealing with passport delivery for security reason), get ready for a lonnnng wait (if they ever pick up): it took ~70min to finally talk to someone, and at the end nothing could be done. It seems that TNT is experiencing massive logistical/driver issue - I was shocked at how inefficient, disrespectful and appealing TNT was. A quick look at TrustPilot reviews confirmed I was not the only one.
So my words of advice:
1. Be really patient
2. In case of real emergency, I’ve seen that in person collection from TNT depot is possible, although it seems really cumbersome (you need to call them to get an email to authorise the collection - might not work, I have seen many reports of terrible experience).
3. Stay away from TNT (really bad service, poor customer experience as well).
4. Give feedback to HMPO (they really should use another courier - just use RM)
