Email requesting additional documents for name change- 14/10/21. I rang them to explain that it wasn't a name change that I only did not write the other names as written on the birth certificate.They took my details and said someone will call back. I got a call back the on 18 Oct and explained the same thing and told them that the passport should be issued with the same name as it's on the one that expired. I was advised to include a letter next time.
