Almost 4 months and no news...very frustrating.

Approaching the end of 10th month and no news.

Contacted MP, but UKVI is essentially ignoring the MP.
Requested SAR, results came. Overall looked OK, but most info re the citizenship application is redacted (they can do this under the freedom of information act unfortunately).
Made several enquiries, every time received generic response.
Raised 2 complaints, the first one was closed because they had responded to my earlier enquiry (WTF), still waiting for a response to the 2nd one.
Going to wait for 1 year mark before sending a PAP.

Looks like regardless of what you do, they won't lift a finger until they want to.
