Application status changed to "please contact us". Response to email inquiry states "I can confirm that we received your application at our Durham office. The office received and accepted your new form on the 24/01/2018 and the department that issued the letter to you has cleared your application. Your application is now back in examination." Unable as of 29/01/2018 to get through on any landline to contact them.

I am really pleased that the whole proccess took only 1 week
It was very convenient. I received a text message from DXDelivery regarding delivery of my documents but nobody was home that day. They managed to put the envelope though the letter box as my letter box is on the front door and leads dicrectly to my flat so it was safe. They would not leave the docuemnt if I had a letterbox on the wall or outsite of my flat.
