I am totally unhappy of the delay in processing and posting my British passport to me.My Mum is sick.I will definitely need my British passport in order to travel.I am totally unhappy of the ineptitude and sluggish attitude of Her majesty passport office staffs towards the processing of my passport. I perceive this as them being erroneously nefarious & incompetent in the way and manner handling my passport Aplication. However, I am unhappy & disappointed with delay process.

I do request my respected forum members to look into this issue on my behalf It is now taking three months instead of six weeks which shouldn't be.I am dissatisfied & disappointed.

Not sure what you mean by the above. We don't work for HO or HMPO.

received a letter on the 17th (sent the 12th) asking info about a different address for delivery (we put that in case we were going to be away, to receive the passport at my fiancée office). sent back docs confirming the connection same day)
