(Recieved an email on 20th Feb at 1:31pm to send naturalisation certificate, however this had been posted with the passports in same envelope on 14th Feb. Took a few phone calls to HMPO to get this sorted but I raised a case and they then escalated this to Hemel Hempstead's passport office. The agent mentioned someone would get back to me but no one did and instead I had to call and chase it up everyday. On 23rd Feb I called at 11:05am and the customer service agent was extremely helpful who actually checked the system to see if anything showed up (the previous agent I spoke to did not do this) and informed me the certificate had been found and he attached it to my application.)
