Had called UKVI to check progress two weeks ago and got an email today saying applications are taking longer than normal. 30 minutes later, the approval decision letter received in the inbox! I was not given the option to reuse biometrics or use app. From the date of the approval letter, there may be 12 weeks wait for the ceremony invitation to be sent. Patience is gold!
