I called my local council today (as they do citizenship ceremonies only on the first Tuesday of every month.
As my approval was 6’months ago and HO only extended for up to 6 months from date of approval, I’ve called to find out what would happen as I only received my approval letter on the 3rd of August, almost 4 months after I was approved.

It takes almost 2 weeks to get my approval after my bio-metrics via IDV app. Total processing time is almost 3 months! Given the current circumstance, its not that bad. Now new waiting game start for citizenship ceremony and first UK passport application. Good-luck everyone
