On 16th of August, 4 months after application received a email from caseworker asking to send them my child's passport. I did so the same day and there were no updates until 9th of September. Replied to email from caseworker asking to return the passport due to upcoming travel plans and received email 50 minutes later that passport will be returned today and the application has been successful.

It took 3 months and about 2 weeks from biometrics to receiving the approval letter. I moved house while application was on-going , updated my new address with H/O. Thanking Yeshua.... the journey is almost ended and I will be free permanently from immigration control. Hanging in there guys for those still waiting.
