Received approval letter and all supporting documents including my unused self addressed special delivery envelope in a whitish/greyish plastic envelope second class unrecorded mail.
NCS refused to submit my application for lack of residency evidence (14 month gap between current and expired passport within 3 year qualifying period). So I posted my application with expired and current passport, doctor's letters, pay slips, bank statements and other official government correspondence confirming my presence in the UK and cover letters for the missing 14 months in qualifying period. Also declared 1 driving related conviction (non custodial in 2009) and CCJ with payment plan agreed with debtor plus cover letter. Was a long shot to nothing but glad it worked out. Good luck to all.
