This happened to me as well! They'll take £1005 however acknowledgment letter will come with a payment fee document for £231.00 to total the new fee. This letter will also include your biometric letter. I had £1005 deducted on 29/03/2016, and sent the new payment slip for £231 on 01/04/2016, they have yet to deduct this. Hope this help!
