That is what I tried to convey to the person and was adamant that the Jumbo passport option is selected. Problem with the Check and Send service is that the people checking your application doesn't know much and just think as though they are working for HMPO. I know it's mental. Just absolutely MENTAL!!!

I suggest to all of you having faced ILR Card issue to make formal complaint against the post office Ltd staff concerned.
