Hi, TTOE, mine is with DX. I did interview one day before yours. You can call 08443710000 and then press * to speak to the staff. Providing postcode and surname they can check your package. Hope this helps to you. Good luck mate :D
Many thanks uknotts and congrats mate, I did call DX and HMPO as well, I got the good news from the HMPO call that our (Mr &Mrs) passports have been printed on the 28/03 and they actually advised that I call DX. I will wait till Monday AM if nothing received before then I will contact DX again, I'm hoping Monday now for delivery.

Passport Delivery - DX Secure or Royal Mail?

Post by TTOE » Sat Mar 29, 2014 9:09 am

Just wondering if all delivery of passports is done by DX secure, or do you get Royal Mail deliver them in some cases?

Any heads-up from anyone out there, RM or DX Secure?

Yeah, go ahead and give the DX secure a call (I will drop you there free number in PM ;)), they would be able to give you tracking number which you can then put online and have some more peace of mind that its coming :).

Good luck mate, update the group.

Cheers
Much appreciated! I now have the number and I've replied your PM. U are always a star!

Hey... InUkOnHsmp... How is the going mate. Had the interview at the Luton PO and as expected, it was a chatty like interview. So hope to see the pretty red books for Mrs and myself pretty soon, today, tomorrow or Monday. Thinking of calling the 0300 or DX secure later today, what's your thot?

Hi everyone
I have a question regarding holding two nationalities, which will be thankful if someone helps me with it. I recently become a British citizen, so now I have two nationalities, one is Citizenship by birth and the other one is British citizen.
I am wondering to know if somewhere I have to tell my nationality. My nationality will be
Citizenship by birth + British
or
only Citizenship by birth
or
I can use which of them that I want and no need to mention both of them together.

I only wants to know how the things work when you have two nationalities.
Sorry to ask this question here, I posted in other page but haven’t get any replay, I thought, might can help here so I posted here.

Thank u.

They asked for my post code and name and then put me through to the "passport department". I explained that my husband received his yesterday and I just wanted to check if mine is on it's way too.

I called the 0300 tel number and they confirmed that m application has been received but the Peterborough office is dealing with it. I was promised a telephone call back within 24hrs and today is the 4th day....still waiting impatiently.
Did you contact them again? Maybe your countersignatory has been contacted.

Also, why would you say Check and Send is not recommended?
