The HO statistics, if I have understood correctly, show that out of 39441 BC applications, 36658 are granted and 2425 refused. This would mean 358 [39441- 39083 (36658 Granted + 2425 Refused)] applications (covering the FQ of 2015, Jan-March) currently awaiting consideration. for 2015 Q1 total apps were 40534 out of that 36658 were granted, so we will get results soon...![]()

Basically I applied under Surender case for which the PR or ILR are not mandatory, so I onluy have 5 year EEA family residency expiring soon. The emplyer want to see something writen from HO as a proof of right to work after the residency expires.
Have called many times and been told my appl is engoing..

They sent my daughter's letter to the wrong address. We found it after the call and went to the neighbours to pick it up. It seems their computer automatically put the wrong house number. Than we call to the HO again, changed the address and only after a week we got the documents
