Thats not true. Im a spouse of bc. Straight forward case but i had to wait 8 and half months for my approval.shabba_kaka wrote:I think gryphone is right. I also notice that most of Tier 1, Tier 2 cases approved with in 4-5 weeks and spouse of a BC some time approved quickly and some time take long. Applications On the basis of 10 years straight way goes in minimum 4-6 months cupboard. 10 years is a long period to keep record clean and after that a long wait for Nationality approval is a big pain. Bad luck for on the basis of 10 years applications (included me).waiz89k wrote:I dont think so that is the case. there r people with different route of applications r waiting for more than 6 months. I've been a silent reader on the forum for a while. Just got a quick question. Is it the case that people who got ILR through the 10 years route are being made to wait longer (around 6 months) for naturalisation than candidates through routes such as Tier 1 general, spouse of a BC or Tier 2?
Here are my details:
Route: 10yrs + 1 year on ILR
Applied via NCS on: 1st April 2015.
Acknowledgement letter issued: 27th April 2015.
Acknowledgement letter received: 01st May 2015.
Fees deducted: 01st May (paid through cheque)
Haven't received any biometric enrolment letter yet, despite applying with March 2015 form.
I braced myself for a long long wait before I submitted just to remain in the hope of getting surprised one fine day.

What was ur route of application?mykarl123 wrote:I think most people from May June July etc..2014 have received their approvals . The thread on this forum are now too slow. Remember those of us waiting come to this forum to seek peace of mind and reassurance. So it would be of great help if you share your experience. Been waiting 10 months now. Can't even think of calling to chase anything up as I received the 3 to 6 month letter wait and a further letter asking for my original documents. Good luck to everyone
