Date of receipt of registration certificate: 23/10/14 (dated: 22/10/14) [waiting for 2nd child certificate]

Please advise if it is common to get certificates at different time for joint application? I called HO on 24/10/14 I was told the 2nd certificate was issued sameday I'm sill waiting, please advise me what can I do. Cheers

This is the typical response I have received in the last 6 weeks just for them to reissue another certificate after the first one got missing in the post as become a big problem for HO!!!! God why's this happening to me. Pls can someone advice me what to do next. Thanks

I am in similar situation . They have received the applications by 30/10/2014. But they have not taken fee yet. Is this usual to delay that long please update anyone who got information. It,s almost 2 weeks now.

You are all so lucky here! We applied in May and still nothing. I called them the beginning of November, the answer was I have to wait another 3 weeks, as it will be 6 months then. So I called 3 weeks later (it was last week) and they said it is under consideration, but could not tell anything else. When I asked how long would it take, the lady said she does not know, as every case is different, but I should call once a month!!!! Whaaaaat???? She advised me to write a letter to Liverpool office to ask why is the delay, I did that, but no answer yet

Hi Fabs, I have still not received it. Strange folks who have applied in October have received the certificate and we are still hanging around. Called them up , sent a letter with a self-addressed envelope on it but still no response yet. They have made the concerned pretty much stateless. Cant go for an indian passport as citizenship is already approved. Cannot go for british as do not have a certificate . What can i do ..................???

Hi Vikash, I haven't received my too. I called them everyday last week same response they have raised the issue with the relevant case working team in Nationality Directorate and investigation are currently taking place. This's the 2 month just for them to re-sent another certificate, God why me again....!!!!!!!! I am so frustrated with myself..........

I am trying to fill MN1 for my UK born son and he has the overseas passport but never apply any visa.I recently granted ILR on SET LR and Mrs still on PBS Dependent.

Section 1
Q-1.30 Mother,s full name and maiden name.
her current name and what I write for maiden name
whether mothers full name before marriage or only the surname before marriage
Section 2
Do i need to fill 2.1 (he is born in uk do i need to write date of birth here or leave blank) and do i need to fill 2.2 and 2.4 or leave everything blank .Or leave everything blank section-2

In support of application i am providing the following:

Original Full Birth Certificate
Ogiginal Child passport
Original Home office approval letter
Copy of father BRP showing ILR
Copy of father current passport with relevent pages only
Copy of marriage certificate

I need originals for my mrs application and I am posting myself and do not want to use NCS.
