It is not a haggle. This is enforced under paragraph 34K of the rules

Hope you okay

Was speaking to a colleague he says if you have an emergency to go abroad and your circumstances are
Real you have to go to your local mp and tell them to write a letter to home office
But i dont want to do anything without you moderates
Advice as i haven't done anything without this forum
Please advice moderates its been 9 weeks now

Yes, you can email them with the evidence of the emergency and request for expedited processing - there is nothing in the rules that say you can't.

But don't keep your hopes high on that - it is entirely up to them and they have no obligation to even consider that request.

Oh okay but i just have a feeling there havent open my email yet that was sent on 6 December

Can i email them directly to ask if there have recived my email on the 6th december or anything like that please advice

Been 10 weeks now still no update from home office
Since i sent email on 6 december

Am i allowed to email them on the same email to ask if there recieved my email or no please advice
It says 5 days reply on the auto email that i got after emailing them plesse help
