Hi All,

I have received my Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension on 4th April.
I've applied under Tier 1 Ent 50k route as a team along with 2 dependents
Investment was made as Directors Loan.

Here is my timeline.

Application made on 03/01/2017

Fee Deducted on :10/01/2017

Biometrics received on :18/01/2017

Biometrics submitted on : 23/01/2017

Exceptionally complex letter received on 24/02/2017 which was dated on 21/02/2017.

BRP received on 04/04/2017.
Passports and other documents received on 05/04/2017
Approval letter and BRP was dated 01/04/2017.

IHS Refund: Still not received yet

My Immigration Advisor received the Biometrics letter on 3rd May ( Some how I didnt receive it , my fault )
Received a second letter from HO dated 22nd May ( posted to me ) with a letter saying Processing time will be more tha 8 weeks due to excessive applicants.

BRP enrolment letter dated 4 Feb 2017 received on 7 Feb 2017

BRP Done 8 Feb 2017

Complex issues letter dated 23 Feb 2017 received on 28 Feb 2017.

Following this complex issue letter I checked my whole application and found one mistake on my application form however I submitted 3 additional correct copies. Since the form was filled manually and the additional copies were from my excel the latter ones were correct.

Mistake corrected+cover letter made+CH directed towards documents submitted already(correct ones)+additional copies submitted dated 16 March 2017.

Application decided on online portal last update -14 March 2017 indicating application posted

IHS Partial refund- received on 17 June 2017(future dated 19 June 2017 on bank transaction)

Awaiting decision letter from DX: checked with them on phone: no records yet

Will bring an update as soon as I hear anything.

Just received my visa after almost 6 month waiting.

Time frame below:
Applied on 30/01/2017
DRP Done 24/02/2017
Complex Issue letter dated on 21/03/2017

Checked online portal, status changed on 11/04/2017

waiting for another two month till 13/06/2017, checked on immigrationboards, found that I missed to submit FPSs and sent all of them next day.

IHS Partial Refund received on 27/06/2017

Status changed on 28/06/2017

BRP Card received on 29/06/2017

Passport and application documents received on 30/06/2017

Please do check again with guideline, it does provide all information you need to submit for the application. If you find something missing from your application, don't wait and don't check, send missing documents NOW. You have great chance to correct the mistakes.
