Additional info:
-After 10 working days (17.08.2018), I requested an update, using the email address provided on the checklist document and also called UKVI contact centre. They escalated the case and sent me an email with the UPS tracking number on Tuesday 21.08.18.
-The IHS was partially refunded on Friday 17.08.2018 but appeared on my account on 21.08.2018. They also refunded the IHS overlap with my previous visa.

I had two previous visa refusals (Canada and the US - got the US visa later), which I disclosed in my application. Didn't seem to matter. Also, my employer made multiple mistakes in COS but corrected them in the sponsor notes. Didn't seem to matter either.
