In a new application, it may be unreasonable of them to ignore submitted evidence refuting a past deception charge.

hi -
it was some time 06-2012 -

i dont want to challenge deception when i apply for ilr after i complete my 5 year route as i simply dont trust home office-

my question is simple please answer- before i apply for ilr or citizenship i want to sort this decepttion thing once for ever-
can i take them to court now?after years as that time they failed to give me a dvr report - i can get bank statements and can i hire a team of solicitors yes team not one - and ask home office to come see me in court and tell us why they think i decieved them?
once i cleared my deception by that time i will complete my 5 year spouse route and apply for ilr citizienship and passport same year i get my ilr .
again please question is can i take them to court ?

If the past deception charges doesn't affect your ILR application, then on what grounds will you take them to court?

After you get ILR, why don't you provide sufficient evidence to refute the past deception charges in your nationalisation application? Wouldn't it be better to take them to court only if they choose to ignore this evidence?

hi Vinny thanks -
you are right and i am aware of that - i dont want to involve home office as i dont trust them - passport is privilege not a right -
on waht ground can i take them - this is the question from you i am trying to ask please-
i hate filling visa forum and say in past have you used deception and i am scared to be banned another 10 years so i say yes- but in detail i always say i was accused- cant i go to court and say this is affecting me emotionally and needs to be sorted out ?
please note that i do not want to challenege deception any time during applying for ilr or naturalisation as i dont want to risk getting another 10 years delay as i dont trust them - i want to go to court - on the bases its been emotianally hurting me all these years- where as finanacially i dont have problem i run a business with 2 branches and have invested in this country in last 2 years over half a million all documents will be produced plus married to british citozen plus i have bank statements which home office said not genuine which i can prove - all i need to know is on what beses can i take them to court and open old chapters without challenging them during my ilr or citizenship application time- i want to sort it now .please help

and i you think i can open old chapters - as they never provided dvr report - than i will hire the best legal team and will provide all evidence - i know i can win as i m right only thing is it too late to challenge?
2012 matter can i sort now? i didnt challenge that time as i married my long term girlfriend and they never provided dvr report despite we asked them and now i have to face consquences of not getting passport as soon as i i will get my ilr and naturalisation as i am married to british citizen ,thanks
