Whether they are staff or not or govt employees or not is by the by.
The fact is they are the point of contact and if they are giving out instructions then the instructions should be correct and accurate.
...and don't forget there is substantial sum of money being paid into the bargain. Is it too much to ask for a bit of accuracy? I don't think so.
I just need to continue the wait and hope all goes well......maybe alligators are not as scarey as I first thought
