Hello any update on how your interview went and any details that may help others ?

I have applied in Feb 2017 no cll no interview still waiting. The wait is really painful !!!!

Bio metric given- 13th March
Complex letter - 29th March
Today 22nd September - Received Interview call from Home office. Gentleman on the phone said , he will be visiting our office address on Monday 25 th September.

Any one who has given interview previously, please advice what to expect on the day.

Seems a lot of Feb (T1 Ent extension) applicants were interviewed this month. I was also interviewed last week with more or less same questions the other members have posted on this forum.

However this is frustrating that even after waiting this long and checked/verfieid further by UKVI officials personally, no outcome/decission appearently received by anyone who was interviewed sofar.

I completely feel its very unfair to be waiting for visas for over 7 months. Its not like a nasa project. One is stuck in the country without freedom of movement as the passport is not with us !!!!

No, they work from home. but i did provide them with the Rota and their details.

I dont think they will interview any one else apart from you, as you are the one signing the statement at the end and not your staff or customer.

No they asked for recent 3 months , i gave them since i have employed them .. for last 20 months ..since start for safe side

Please find the answers below.

Question - were your company in profit or loss?

1- its in profit, but even if it is in loss dosnt make any difference. as far as you running your business.

Question-is it VAT registered?

2- No its not . thats something i should have done it . but they did not ask about vat registration

Question-were the interviewers cooperative and lenient? did they ask any cross questions?

3- yes , they were nice and cooperative. they are compliance officers and only come to take your details to pass it to the case worker. so nothing to worry about .

they are not the people who will take decision on your application . they will make a report on the basis of details and documents you provided to them .

so do not worry at all. just keep all your paper work ready and go through all your documents once.


Question-did they ask you to show client's data?

4 - yes they did ask about current client details, contracts, invoice also ho their office /building looks like

Question-are your employees full time or part time?

1 full time , 2 - full time.
