you mean to say no more 180 days in one period like we can go out 100 days in six month and then 100 days in another six month ?

You cannot submit new evidence in AR.

Imagine the 5 year period. Is there any consecutive gap of more than 180 days ANYWHERE ???? Then NOT GOOD, NO ILR

one more thing i have a uk born child, i obtain a entry clearence for travel and also include in extension with my wife but got refusal cuz main applicant is refused now my solicitor said there is no need to reaply for my child cuz he is british born an once i got ilr we regigistered as a british citizen but his passport and documents with HO ? ?

Yes. You can register the child as a BC once one parent gets ILR
