i have one more question
One more ? There seems to be three :)

1) one job (no1) is being filled full time by one employee for 6 months and then he left and same job is filled by two part time employee from month 7 and complete full year.
is it ok to consider one job for the period of 12 month?
Yes

2) one employee join me at oct. 1, 2018 as part time and continue upto today, other employee join same job position at 1mar2019. so the one full time job commence from mar2019 to feb2020 become 12 month. my question should i write both employee actual joing date ie 1oct2018 to date and 1mar2019 to date or just claiming period (ie march2019 to feb 2020) and should i submit salary slip and PFS from oct 2018 or from march 2019?
Job start date is Oct 2018. Employee start date is the actual employee start date.
Up to you which documents you submit - you only NEED to submit them for ANY of the 12 months.

3) one my employee join me in july2018 as partt time, then she start full time from march2019 and working upto today. i am claiming her full time from march2019 to feb2020. what shall be her joining date? and should i submit all the salary slip from her joining date or only from march2019?
Her joining date is still July 2018. You only need to submit documents for March2019 to Feb 2020

It's asking about the person they are remaining the UK with, ie you.

Put your expiry date as 3 years from now to get the correct IHS fee if £1200.

Where is the child's other parent?

i am really confuse from your answer
you're joining or remaining with this person in the UK
Visa expiry date: (my present visa expiry is may 2020)
Full name: MJI (me)
from: xxx
Visa route: i have only two choice A) tier 1, A) pbs dependent (tier 1,...)

Visa type: in case i choose A, then i should choose - tier 1 extension (2 year ), incase i choose B, then i suppose to choose tier 1 (entreprenuer).
in both cases the fees show GBP 200.
note. children are under 16 year.

what i understand from your answer is;
even my present BRP expire in may 2020, i should write visa expiry date 2 year from today (coz usally they extend for 2 year) then why should i pay 3 year as you said.
if above is correct, i already made mistake and pay gbp200 (enter may 2020). what shall i do now?

A PBS dependent visa extension is for 3 years if the main pbs visa holder gets ILR, this is clearly stated in the immigration rules and there is no discretion to give a lesser duration visa. You cannot extend for only 2 years.

You haven't answered my question about the other parent? Do they have a UK visa??

Just as a background i want to inform you that i am applying ILR under 3 year accelerated route and applying extension for my 5dependent children and partner for extension.
And as i understand that i shall pay three year IHS fees for all my dependent.

Yes, £1200 for each dependent applying for a 3 year extension.

When do their current visas expire?
