The qualifying period for dependents starts from.iniyial visa ISSUE date and not the date of entry.

Cohabitation sources such tenancy agreement, council tax, utilities, HMRC letters, NHS letters, TV licence, DVLA letters, broadband account letters etc etc.

They don't need documents for every month. They need a selection of documents for every quarter, or 3 to 4 months for 2 years.

Hi CR001,

Can they use Voter's Poll Card as proof of Cohabitation?

Thanks.

Yes
Fantastic!
So, to reconfirm,
Sources from

Source 1: Electricity Bills (Joint names)
Source 2: Water Bills (Joint names)
Source 3: Rental Agency Confirmation of Cohabitation (Joint names)
Source 4: Voter's Poll Cards (Single names)

spanned quarterly for up to 3 years is sufficient? Right?

Entry Clearance Issue Date: 23/10/2015
Entry into the UK: 7/11/2015
Current Tier 1 Ent Part Visa Extension issued 23/12/2019 Valid until 23/12/2022

The question on the application for says:

Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
They've answered Yes here. Have they answered this question correctly?

Also,

Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
They've answered No here. Have they answered this question correctly?

These are the only questions regarding absences on the form SET(0). So where would they need to declare the absence between the Entry Clearance issue date 23/10/2015 and UK entry date 7/11/2015?

thanks.

PBS dependents have no absence limits for any leave granted before 11th Jan 2018. No requirement to mention either.

You are only required to enter absences after 23/12/2019 in this case (if any). If any, the answer to question (2) will be Yes, otherwise No is correct.

CONGRATS! Such amazing news and such a quick turnaround! Can I ask where you did you biometrics? Was it in person, if so where? I am trying to understand if in-person biometrics means a faster turn around decision...
