1. Likely a different email and log, ie a new application.

2. If it has not bee paid it is not submitted. You cannot cancel something that hasn't been submitted.

3. It will be a new application, that's it.

Thank you for replying.

Apologies, i may not have actually conveyed my worry to you.

She is happy with the form & does not want to make any changes. But she's worried the fact she cannot make changes might mean she's already applied before me.

So is it correct to assume that this is not the case and her application hasn't been actually submitted yet? In other words, if she continues with the same application & makes payment then that would be the date of her application (& not 15th Nov)?

The date of application is the date the form is submitted and paid for. She hasn't paid so it is not submitted.

Hi, my wife is paying her surcharge & it has come out to be £0. They had asked about my (husband's) visa & its expiry which we put as 20/01/2020 (since I have not received my ILR yet). Her visa also expires on 20/01/2020.
I thought she would be asked to pay £1200.
Her original Tier 2 dependant visa started in Oct 2017.

Unfortunately we can't change the dates now.

At the beginning of her application, she was asked about "The person you are joining or accompanying".
She had put me while answering it. Is that correct?
