Whatever you will choose it will have no adverse effect on your child’s application. Such questions do not result in refusal. Its best to clarify that in the “additional notes” or cover letter.

Hi everyone,

First of all thanks for your support. I sent the application and I sighed as applicant...now it comes that we need to sigh the consent to the application. On first page they are asking for parents consent, on page 2 - guardian and on third one it's child consent where they are making the application on their behalf. Shall I leave it blank or I should fill the child details because I signed as applicant?
