You are submitting FAR TOO MANY documents. You simply need evidence from 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months.

Do I need to include sponsor’s employment offer letter under financial requirement?

It is mandatory to submit evidence that you meet the financial requirement. You need a minimum of 6 months payslips, 6 months bank statements and a current employer letter.
